Description

GE DS200DCFBG2BNC circuit board product belongs to the Mark V series and is a DC feedback board mainly used for Speedtronic gas and steam turbine management systems.
·Functional purpose: As a power board, it is used to send and receive input and output signals, provide power support and signal interaction for related systems.
·Interface type: Signal transmission is achieved through eighteen plug connectors and nine pin connectors. The pin connectors are located in the upper left corner of the circuit board and are labeled as V1 to V3, P1A, P2A, VM1A, VM1B, VB2A, and VM2BA. Plug connectors are distributed throughout the circuit board, ranging from 2-pin male connectors to multi pin connectors.
·Hardware components: equipped with seven DIP switches, five TP test points, twelve jumpers, and three fuses. Among them, the fuse is used for power protection. If the fuse is blown, two LED lights and one neon light indicator will light up. DIP switches are used to select the AC line voltage and the voltage applied to the DC bridge voltage feedback VCO circuit and the DC motor voltage feedback circuit. In addition, the circuit board is equipped with seven transformers, oscillation chips, a relay, over fifty resistor network arrays, heat sinks, as well as various integrated circuits, capacitors, and resistors, using carbon composite material (CCR) resistors and metal film material resistors.
·Status indicator: Includes one neon light and two LED indicator lights to indicate the status of the fuse. Five TP test points allow users to check the voltage signal, circuit board common terminal, and ACCT signal status.
