Description

The GE IS220PAICH2A analog I/O module is part of the Mark VIe Speedtronic control system.
Functional feature: It is an electrical interface that can connect one or two I/O Ethernet ports to an analog input terminal board. Including BPPx processor board and acquisition board dedicated to analog I/O functions.
Input/output specifications: The module has ten analog input channels. The first eight inputs can be set as 5V, 10V, or 4-20mA current loop inputs, and the last two inputs can be set as 1mA or 4-20mA current inputs. There are two current loop outputs ranging from 0 to 20mA, including additional hardware that allows the first output to have a current of 0-20mA.
Communication and power supply: Receive and send data to the controller through dual RJ-45 Ethernet connectors, and be powered by a three pin connector. The on-site equipment communicates through the DC-37 pin connector directly connected to the relevant terminal board, and the LED indicator light provides visual diagnosis.
Installation method: The I/O pack is directly connected to the terminal board and mechanically fixed through threaded columns. During installation, the terminal board should be securely installed, and the PAIC I/O pack should be directly inserted into the terminal board connector. The I/O pack should be mechanically fixed using the threaded post next to the Ethernet port.
