Description
GE IS220PDIAH1A is a discrete input module designed and manufactured for its Mark VIe series turbine control system.
Functional purpose: To provide electrical connections between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and a discrete input terminal board, supporting up to 24 contact inputs, as well as feedback signals specific to the terminal board and PDIA. It can receive dry contact voltage signals to obtain equipment status and other information, and transmit them to the control system for processing and decision-making.
Hardware composition: includes a processor board shared by all Mark VIe distributed I/O packages, as well as an acquisition board specifically designed for discrete input functionality.
Electrical characteristics: The input channels are 24 dry contact voltage input channels, all inputs are optically isolated, with an isolation voltage of 1500V. The filtering time of the hardware filter is 4ms. Under 125V DC excitation, it can suppress AC voltage with an effective value of 60V at 50/60Hz. There are dual RJ45 Ethernet interfaces for data transmission, with a three pin power input providing system input to the module.
Appearance and size: The front panel has seven indicator lights, including LED indicators for Ethernet ports, power indicator lights for the device, and an “ASTN” LED indicator. The module size is approximately 15.9cm high, 17.8cm wide, and weighs approximately 0.8kg.
Working environment: The working temperature range is generally from -40 ℃ to+70 ℃. There are specific certifications for use in hazardous environments, such as UL E207685 certification for non hazardous locations, Class I, Division 2, Group IIC, and Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D, and UL DEMKO 12 ATEX 1114875X certification for ATEX, Division 2, Group IIC locations.
