GE IS220PTCCHA1A thermocouple input module designed for its Mark VIe series turbine control system
Function and purpose: It is mainly used to convert the temperature signals collected by thermocouple sensors into digital signals and transmit them to the control system for processing and analysis, so as to provide accurate data support for turbine temperature monitoring and control. It can be used for simplex, duplex and the third mock examination redundancy applications.
Hardware composition: Internally equipped with BPPx processor board and acquisition board for thermocouple input function. Receive input through dual RJ45 Ethernet connectors and three pin power input, and connect to the corresponding terminal board for output through a DC-37 pin connector. The front panel has indicator lights for visual diagnosis, and local diagnostic serial communication can also be performed through the infrared port.
