Electrical characteristics
Output channels: 40 TMR output channels, using the third type of analog check redundancy (TMR) architecture to improve system reliability and fault tolerance.
Channel power supply voltage range: 20-32V DC.
Output current: The continuous output current of each channel is 0.75A, and each power pack (with 8 outputs per group) is 6A.
Measurement range: 0-60V DC, maximum withstand voltage -1-60V DC.
Functional Features
Diagnosis and testing: With comprehensive automatic diagnosis and self checking functions, it can measure the current and voltage of each voting output channel, detect adhesion conduction and adhesion disconnection faults of the output channel.
Line monitoring: Each channel has an automatic line monitoring function that can detect open and short circuit faults in on-site wiring and load equipment.
Event sequence recording: Airborne Event Sequence (SOE) report, with a resolution of 1ms, triggered by output state changes and automatically determined by voltage and current measurements on the module.
Overcurrent protection: Each channel has automatic overcurrent protection function and does not require external fuses.
Isolation feature: The 2500V DC optical isolation barrier enhances the electrical isolation between the module and external devices, improving the system’s anti-interference ability and safety.

Appearance and Description
Front panel: Each channel has an output status LED, which is used to indicate the output status and on-site wiring faults; There are also module status indicator lights used to indicate the health status and operating mode (active, standby, ready) of the module.
Other functions
Output grouping: The output is isolated and powered in groups of 8, with each power group having a different voltage and divided into 5 independent power groups.
Module hot plugging: It can be hot plugged online, using dedicated adjacent slots or smart slot configurations for easy maintenance and module replacement, reducing system downtime.
