TRICONEX 3625 is a digital output module that uses Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology, with high reliability and availability, suitable for critical control scenarios that require safety and continuous production.

The TRICONEX 3625 Supervised Digital Output (SDO) module can meet the system requirements of maintaining a single state of output for a long time. It receives output signals from the main processor on each of the three channels, and after each group of three signals is voted on by a fault-tolerant quadruple output switch, the voted output signals are transmitted to the on-site terminal. Each SDO module has voltage and current loop circuits, as well as complex online diagnostic functions that can verify the operation of each output switch, the presence of field circuits, and loads. In addition, the module has standard T ü certification, covering I/O modules and field terminals in potentially explosive environments, and can meet the application requirements of non flammable electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
